Berger McDermott is pleased to announce that Christina Vavala has joined the firm’s Corporate and Commercial Litigation team as Counsel.
Christina focuses her practice on disputes arising from corporate and commercial transactions, including post transaction litigation, breach of fiduciary duty matters, indemnification and advancement claims, and alternative entity disputes.
In addition to her practice, Christina serves on the Villanova Law Alumni Association Board.
