Berger McDermott is pleased to announce that Periann Doko – a 2023 Delaware Today Top Lawyer – recently joined the firm’s Corporate and Commercial Litigation team as Counsel.
Periann’s practice centers on commercial litigation, specifically insurance coverage disputes. Prior to joining Berger McDermott, Periann managed the Delaware law office of an insurance defense firm. Before entering private practice, Periann served as Deputy Attorney General for the Delaware DOJ, where she prosecuted felony criminal matters and headed the Child Predator Unit.
Outside of work, Periann serves on the Delaware Board of Bar Examiners and is an adjunct professor at Widener University Delaware Law School. Read more about Periann here.
