Christina B. Vavala

Christina is an attorney in the Corporate and Commercial Litigation group, where she represents a wide variety of clients primarily in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Delaware Superior Court.  Her practice focuses on disputes arising out of corporate and commercial transactions including litigation involving post-transaction disputes, breach of fiduciary duty, indemnification and advancement claims, and alternative entity disputes. 

Prior to joining Berger McDermott, Christina was an associate in the Delaware office of an AmLaw 100 firm.  Before that, she clerked for The Honorable Abigail M. LeGrow and The Honorable Fred S. Silverman in the Delaware Superior Court.
